My expectations for GER110

My expectations for GER 110 are to better understand Germany's actual culture versus what is typically believed to be Germany's culture here in the United States. I'd like to learn more about what happened after World War II and how Germany became the booming industry it is today. I'd also like to learn more about the Turkish guest workers and their transition residing in modern day Germany.
